Hello Everyone, well August is being slow month with still lot fish lost but perseverance brought fish caught as well still fish around and some nice Sea Trout 2-4 lb caught but a bad year for persistent high water from rivers. Douglas.

Hello Folks; well after a few stormy days they managed 11  some nice Sea Trout  and everybody losing fish at some point so well worth a cast ; regards Douglas kosaa

Hello Everyone : w/e 3/8/24  ; we managed 14 grilse + salmon with a lot fish pulled or lost ; regards Douglas Macleay 

Hello Everyone; Well we managed 9 Sal -grilse for the week and quite few small grilse lost only on and gone ; so well worth try ; regards Douglas KOSAA 

The grilse are moving each tide but slow and being lost ; but reports of nice Sea Trout up to 2-3lb being caught ; so need more rods daily to catch some fish as plenty spaces on all parts Kyle.

The first salmon of the 2024 season was landed by Norrie Wilson in the Honey Pot on 25^th June.

A few fish have also been reported as hooked but lost by anglers in the last few days.

Hello, I am glad to say we managed 19 fish for w/e 26/8/23 ; local and visitors had fish mostly at Honey Pot also gangway odd fish , so not long to go give it a shot ; regards douglas macleay 

The Kyle has been very up and down with water in Carron and Oykel but the odd fishermen managed 11 fish , Ian Law had 3 in one evening , Ben 2 fish , Don 2 fish , Colin 1, Norrie 2 + possibly others ; so, get flies fishing or the season done again ; Tight Lines Douglas Macleay
